The staff was helpful and friendly. I had to book for another night the following week, and was able to leave some luggage there at no charge. If I ever need to go to Milan again, I will certainly book here. But at the same time, it is located at a quiet corner. Our room is facing the courtyard/terrace and we enjoyed the serene sleep. I have expected more from a recently refurbished hotel. The toilet is a bit low for us (height 5'5" & 5'11"). No hot food at the breakfast but the service staff at the breakfast room are excellently friendly and helpful. There are times that we need to remind them to readjust the room temperature and some towels might be missing, the overall experience with this hotel is good and I'll stay there again. Could never really figure out the TV. The instant machine coffee in the morning was disappointing for Italy. The entire staff was terrific...always very helpful and pleasant.
